We inform you of the shipment of the package. You can consult the follow-up of your parcel thanks to its number of follow-up. You can follow its progress in the "My account" section on our website.
Availability of goods
The products on our site are shipped the same day or the next day (except weekends and vacations and subject to availability in stock). In case of stock shortage, we will inform you by email or by phone in order to propose you a substitute product or a cancellation.
Control of the received products
Before signing the delivery note and accepting the package, it is necessary to :
- make a quick examination of the condition of the goods;
- check that the delivery note corresponds to the goods delivered (nature of the goods, quantity, etc.);
- check that the goods delivered correspond to the order placed (type of goods, quantity, etc.).
Any damage found must be reported immediately in writing on the delivery note.

Seller's Legal Warranty
Scope of the warranty
All the Products benefit from the legal guarantee system, as long as the use has been normal and the maintenance advice has been followed.
The Seller guarantees the Customer against any material or manufacturing defect of the Products.
Under this warranty, Seller will, at its option, either (i) replace the Product ordered with a Product of equivalent quality free of charge, or (i) repair the defective Product.
Any Product to be covered by the warranty must first be submitted to the Seller's customer service department, whose approval is required for any replacement or repair.
Exclusion of the guarantee
DEFECTS AND DAMAGES CAUSED BY WEAR AND TEAR DUE TO THE CUSTOMER (DEFECTIVE MAINTENANCE, ABNORMAL USE, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS, ETC.), OR BY A USE OF THE PRODUCT NOT SPECIFIED OR CONTRARY TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SELLER, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY.
RETURN
Prior to any return, the customer must inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw.
You must send a written request by email to: serviceclient@crazycattransfer.ea
You must mention your name, first name, order number or invoice, as well as a telephone number and indicate the reason for the return.
As soon as the return has been accepted, you can send the products back to the address that will be communicated to you
Each item returned must be in good condition as delivered. We can only take back products returned in their entirety with their original packaging.
In the same way, the returns exercised in another way than the procedure described above will have to be accompanied by any document allowing to identify the customer and the concerned order (copy of the summary of order, delivery order, invoice...) without which the returns could not be accepted.
